Your time Yoga
My name is Yasmin, I am a yoga teacher and the founder of Your time Yoga.
The practice of yoga and meditation improved my life in such a way that I knew I wanted to share it with people. But in my early years of teaching I felt somewhat like an outsider. I had expectations of what a yoga teacher should be and felt like I wasn't meeting them. I was living in the future and criticising myself for not being someone I hadn't given myself time to become. These days I have adopted a philosophy that serves me well. In this present moment I am everything I need to be. I allow gratitude for the present moment and unconditional love for my efforts.
We are all on our own path and we all started at different destinations. Learning something new can be intimidating, but I am here to meet you exactly where you are, as you are. Everybody has to start somewhere.
Not flexible? Fine.
Can't do a handstand? Not a problem.
Eat meat, dairy and carbs? All good, you do you.
Love a cheeky cocktail? Me too...
