I understand that Your Time Yoga and all participating staff have made neccesary changes to the retreat protocol to slow down the spread of disease. Even with these measures in place I understand that it is still possible to catch Covid 19 at any event or venue and agree to accept that risk as my own.

I agree to bring appropriate mask wear to be used if i am in the kitchen near where food is being prepared and when I go up to get my food at meal times before sitting down to eat and drink.

I will be concious to socially distance with other guests and staff unless otherwise dicussed and agreed on.

In the event that I catch Covid 19 and am required to self isolate during the retreat dates, I understand that no refund will be given however a credit for the next retreat will be applied.

In the event that the retreat has to be cancelled due to reasons related to Covid 19, I understand that I will recieve a full refund.

I understand that there are physical workshops on the retreat and it is my responsibility to listen to my body and take things at my own pace, so to avoid injury. I accept all liability for any injuries I may incur during the retreat.

I understand that there will be an opportunity for swimming at Muriwai Beach. I agree only to swim between the flags and only if I am familiar with surf beaches and the west coast. I understand the dangers and unpredictable currents and rips associated with surf beaches and accept liability for any accidents that I may be involved in.

I hereby acknowledge this release from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in any activity on the retreat. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in good faith. I agree to disclose my physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate safely.
